DIGITAL PHONE SERVICE

In September of 2008 I started researching Digital Phone service. Being a small business owner, I have always been concerned about keeping my costs down as well as finding the best solution for my customers. In November of 2008, I switched my business line from a small local service provider to the company with the fancy adds on TV. I connected the supplied telephone adapter to my Internet and connected my telephone system to the adapter. The service worked, but occasionally had bad voice quality. I had signed up for the, then available, 500 minute plan for around $18 per month. I was okay with the product, but this scenario would not be the ideal solution for the majority of my customers. Most of my customers have 3 phone lines and pay the local phone company around $21 per month for each line.
